Argentina reforms: Senate approves budget and tax plan
Argentina's President Mauricio Macri is pressing on with a reform agenda that he says will modernise the country. The Congress has approved the 2018 budget plan and a bill that tackles taxes which have reduced growth in South America’s second-largest economy. But there's plenty of opposition to the plans.
