Afghanistan: 40 people dead in Kabul attack
Afghanistan's President Ashraf Ghani has ordered an investigation into an attack that left 40 people dead in the capital, Kabul. A compound housing a Shia cultural centre and the Afghan Voice news agency was targeted, in a Shia district in the west of the city.
