🇸🇾 Inside Syria: Turkish military captures Jinderis in Afrin | Al Jazeera English
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan says his troops have the northern Syrian town of Afrin under siege and will enter the city centre 'at any moment'. That's after the Turkish military seized control of Jinderis, a town which was held by the US-backed YPG fighters. Turkey and allied Syrian rebels are trying to push fighters from the area that they claim are connected to the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK).
