🇵🇷 Displaced Puerto Rican students adjust to mainland schools
Puerto Rico has suffered another setback to its recovery efforts, with most of the island losing power after an explosion at a substation on Sunday. The US territory is struggling to rebuild following Hurricane Maria in September, and now college students are being forced to move to the mainland to finish school.
