Niger: Tuareg people living in drought and conflict
Life is tough for many living on the edge of the Sahara desert in Niger, and it's not getting any better, despite the signing of a peace agreement almost 10 years ago. Nomadic Tuareg people suffered war, then drought. And lack of education is a major obstacle to building a new life.
